Vero Sade
Houston, United States
Vero Sade is a Houston-based multifamily developer, owner and operator founded in 2021 by Dan Bassichis, founder of New York's Vero Capital (formerly Admiral Capital) and co-founder of Philadelphia's Fitler Club, and Yoni Sade, founder of Houston builder Sade Capital. It is a platform of Vero Capital and runs a vertically integrated model with in-house design, a general contractor (Us Construction) and a 110,000-square-foot procurement warehouse. Its Us Living brand adds private-club style amenities and programming to Class A rentals aimed at millennial renters. The portfolio totals 1,517 units: Us Bayou Park in Houston (404 units, bought for $91.3 million in 2021), the 381-unit 3700M tower in Dallas (bought in 2022), and its first ground-up projects, Us 1604 (444 units) and Us Cibolo (288 units) near San Antonio, which opened in 2024. 3700M faced a 2024 foreclosure threat and was recapitalized in 2025 with preferred equity from Cortland and Declaration Partners, a deal announced under the Vero Capital name.
