Adam Portnoy

Adam Portnoy is President and CEO of The RMR Group, leading the company since 2015 and overseeing its growth into a major U.S. alternative asset manager. He has extensive experience in real estate investment, operations, and management, and serves as Chair or Trustee for several affiliated real estate investment trusts. Portnoy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and previously worked in investment banking and private equity. Under his leadership, RMR manages approximately $40 billion in assets and has been recognized for operational excellence.
