Alex Russo is Senior Managing Director, Investments at Ventas, focusing on expanding investment opportunities with institutional owners of healthcare real estate. He oversees acquisitions, loans, business restructurings, and strategic transactions, and plays a key role in developing and executing investment strategy for Ventas and Ventas Investment Management. Prior to joining Ventas in 2025, Russo spent 18 years at Lazard, leading healthcare real estate investment banking. He holds a B.A. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
