Alfonso Munk joined Hines in 2019 as Chief Investment Officer for the Americas, developing investment and fund strategies aligned with the firm's global approach after more than 20 years of real estate investment experience across the United States, Europe and Latin America, including prior leadership roles at PGIM Real Estate and Morgan Stanley. He holds a degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School with a concentration in finance and real estate, and is fluent in Spanish, French, Portuguese and English.
