Allison O'Rourke is a Partner at TA Realty, where she leads the firm's data center investment program and asset management functions. O'Rourke holds a B.A. from Smith College and an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan, and is a founding member of the ULI Data Center Product Council. She is based in Boston and is known for her expertise in portfolio management and strategic growth.
