Andrew Rohacik is Managing Partner and Senior Managing Director of Real Estate Investments at Elion Partners, overseeing the firm’s real estate assets and executing strategies for value appreciation and risk mitigation. He previously worked as a Leasing Expert at CBRE, representing over 10 million square feet of industrial, office, and data center assets in the Greater Washington DC area. Andrew is a member of Elion’s Senior Management, Asset Management, and Investment Committees, playing a key role in acquisitions and fund strategy. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Management and Marketing from the University of Delaware.
