Andy Gloor is the Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Bay, having joined the firm in 2002 and leading its transformation into a major real estate investment and development company. Under his leadership, Sterling Bay has completed high-profile projects for clients such as McDonald’s, Google, and Hillshire Brands, and pioneered the urban innovation district model in Chicago. Previously, Andy was Managing Director at Insignia/ESG, completing over five million square feet of commercial real estate transactions. He holds a BA in Political Science from Miami University and is a licensed managing real estate broker in Illinois.
