Andy Munro is the Chief Legal Officer at T1 Energy Inc., joining the company in May 2025 with over 30 years of legal and management experience in the solar energy manufacturing sector. He previously held leadership roles at SOLARCYCLE, Calypso Energy, and Qcells North America. Munro holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics/Business from UCLA, and is known for his expertise in legal strategy and regulatory compliance. His appointment strengthens T1 Energy’s legal and strategic oversight as the company scales its U.S. operations.
