Ann Shepard Visalli is Chief Operating Officer at The Buccini/Pollin Group, bringing over 30 years of expertise in budget, finance, and economic development. She previously served as Director of the Office of Management and Budget for Delaware and as COO of St. Andrew’s School. Ann oversees financial operations, long-term planning, and supervises HR, IT, risk management, and marketing at BPG. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Delaware.
