Avi Shemesh is a Co-Founder and Principal of CIM Group with more than 25 years of active experience in real estate, infrastructure, and lending. He has been instrumental in expanding CIM’s real estate, infrastructure, and debt platforms and oversees teams responsible for acquisitions, portfolio management, and communications. Shemesh serves on the Investment and Real Asset Management Committees, guiding the firm’s strategic direction. Before CIM, he co-founded Dekel Development and was involved in entrepreneurial real estate ventures in Los Angeles.
