Barry M. Gosin has served as CEO of Newmark Group, Inc. since 1979, leading its transformation into a global commercial real estate advisory powerhouse. He guided Newmark through its IPO in 2017, a spin-off from BGC Partners in 2018, and the acquisition of over 55 companies, driving annual revenues up by more than 1,000 percent. Gosin's leadership has expanded Newmark's market share in leasing and capital markets, and he has overseen its rapid growth in Europe. He is a trustee of Pace University and an active advocate for diversity and mental health initiatives.
