Benjamin Modleski is the CEO of Core Spaces, the parent company of Hub On Campus, overseeing strategic direction and growth for the organization. He holds a degree in finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has extensive experience in real estate development and student housing. Prior to his current role, Modleski served as Chief Operating Officer at Core Spaces, where he led operational expansion and innovation in property management. Under his leadership, Hub On Campus has expanded its portfolio to include high-amenity student housing communities across the United States.
