Brad Beile serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sterling Bay, overseeing investor relations, corporate operations, human resources, IT, risk management, and strategic projects. He joined Sterling Bay in 2017 after holding COO and CFO roles at Prescient and The John Buck Company, and leadership positions at Transwestern Investment Company and Heller Financial. Brad holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and brings over 30 years of financial and operational expertise to the firm.
