Bryan Borland is Executive Managing Director for Wood Partners in Florida, responsible for sourcing, financing, and developing multifamily projects statewide. Since 2010, he has overseen the development of over 5,200 units and ancillary retail space valued at more than $1 billion. Borland previously worked in commercial banking at SunTrust and Wachovia, and began his development career in Wood Partners’ Washington, D.C. office. He holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Florida State University.
