He brings over 25 years of leadership experience in real estate operations, development, and investment management, most recently serving as President of Invitation Homes Inc. Young holds degrees from Stanford University and has held senior roles at Starwood Waypoint Homes, Mesa Development, and Goldman Sachs. He is recognized for his expertise in scaling real estate platforms and driving operational excellence.
