Chuck Fiala

Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Chuck Fiala has over 40 years of experience in Federal and commercial real estate, development, engineering, and construction. Before co-founding The BlackChamber Group, he held senior roles at Corporate Office Properties Trust and Kellogg Brown & Root, and served as a Colonel in the U.S. Army. He holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and two M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and National Security Strategy from the National War College. Fiala is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia and is recognized for his leadership in complex infrastructure projects.
