Conor C. Flynn is the Chief Executive Officer of Kimco Realty, having served in this role since January 2016. He joined Kimco in 2003 and has held various leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and President, before becoming CEO. Flynn is recognized for his expertise in real estate investment and strategic leadership, guiding Kimco through significant growth and transformation. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Yale University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
