Daryl J. Carter is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Avanath Capital Management, bringing over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate. He holds an MBA and a Master of Architecture from MIT, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan. Previously, Carter was Executive Managing Director at Centerline Capital Group and co-founded Capri Capital, growing it to $8 billion in assets under management. He is recognized for his leadership in affordable housing and has served on several industry boards.
