Dean A. Barberree is CEO & Managing Partner at Reader Communities, overseeing the firm's strategic direction and value creation across all projects. With over 20 years of experience in planning, acquisitions, entitlements, and capital structuring, he has held leadership roles at Crosland and worked with national home builders and land brokers. Dean holds a B.S. in Environmental Design and an M.S. in Land Development from Texas A&M University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Association of Florida Community Developers.
