Derek van Dijkum has over 15 years of experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and risk management within the real estate sector. Prior to co-founding The BlackChamber Group, he held positions at Corporate Office Properties Trust, Credit Suisse, and CapLease, Inc. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Van Dijkum is recognized for his expertise in credit underwriting and public markets, driving value in digital infrastructure investments.
