Douglas A. Kiersey, Jr. is the CEO and President of Dermody, overseeing all company operations, strategic initiatives, capital formation, acquisition, development, and investment management. With more than 35 years of experience in logistics real estate, he has led Dermody to develop and acquire assets valued at over $8 billion since joining in 2011. Kiersey chairs the Executive and Investment Committees and is a member of the Advisory Board. He is recognized for his expertise in expanding Dermody’s national footprint and driving innovation in logistics real estate.
