Dylan Margolin joined LD&D as Vice President of Investments, bringing extensive experience overseeing more than $4 billion in transactions across diverse strategies, markets, and asset classes. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Investments at W5 Group, where he led acquisition efforts and was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and closing transactions across various asset classes. Earlier in his career, Margolin worked at J.P. Morgan in the Real Estate Americas group, where he managed underwriting and due diligence of new investments. In his current role, he identifies and evaluates new investment opportunities while managing all financing aspects of LD&D's ongoing projects.
