Eli Simon

Chief Operating Officer

Eli Simon was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in August 2025 and works directly with David Simon on all aspects of Simon Property Group’s businesses. He joined the company in 2019, previously serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer, and Director, and led investment strategy for both real estate and non-real estate ventures. Prior to Simon, Eli was Principal and Head of North American Lodging at Och-Ziff Capital Management, overseeing lodging investments and portfolio acquisitions. He is known for his expertise in investment strategy, asset management, and corporate development.
