Eric Flodine

Director of Community Development at Strata Investment Group

Eric Flodine is the Director of Community Development at Strata Investment Group, overseeing visioning, land planning, entitlement processing, and government approval for master planned communities and mixed-use projects. He joined Strata in 2006 after serving as Director of Planning at a land planning and landscape architecture firm, managing the entitlement of award-winning communities in Southern California. Eric holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is also an appointed member of the Planning Commission for the City of San Marcos, California.
