Goodwin Gaw

Chairman, Managing Principal, Co-Founder

Goodwin Gaw is the Chairman, Managing Principal, and Co-Founder of Gaw Capital Partners, a role he has held since 2005. He has over 25 years of real estate investment and management experience in the United States and Asia, and is a member of the firm's investment committee. Gaw is also Vice Chairman of Pioneer Global Group and Founder and President of Downtown Properties, LLC. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a BS in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MS in Construction Management from Stanford University.
