Haviv Ilan

President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman (effective January 2026) at Texas Instruments

Haviv Ilan is the president and chief executive officer of Texas Instruments, a position he has held since 2023, and will become chairman in January 2026. He joined TI in 1999 through the acquisition of Butterfly, a wireless start-up, and has held numerous leadership roles including chief operating officer and senior vice president of various analog and embedded processing businesses. Ilan holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University. He is recognized for driving operational excellence and strategic growth across TI's global business.
