Howard Schwimmer is Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director of Rexford Industrial, having co-founded the company’s predecessor in 2001. With over 40 years of specialized experience in Southern California infill industrial real estate, he has led the company’s growth into a leading publicly traded REIT. Schwimmer previously held senior executive roles at DAUM Commercial Real Estate and has extensive expertise in acquisitions, repositioning, leasing, and strategic planning. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Southern California, concentrating in real estate finance and development.
