J. Justin Hutchens has been Ventas’s EVP, Senior Housing since 2020 and CIO since 2023, responsible for the senior housing portfolio and enterprise capital allocation. He previously served as CEO of HC-One, President and CIO of HCP, and held executive roles at National Health Investors and Emeritus Corporation. Hutchens is recognized in Forbes’s Top 20 'Most Powerful CEOs Age 40 and Under' and holds executive certificates from the University of Michigan and MIT Sloan, as well as degrees from the University of Northern Colorado and Regis University.
