James Carroll is President & CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, having joined the company in 2004 after holding operations and financial management roles at Dell, Inc. He previously served as SVP & Treasurer, then CFO, before being promoted to his current role in 2010. Carroll holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, with prior service as a Naval Aviator and Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. Under his leadership, Crestline has grown into one of the top ten hotel management companies in the U.S., managing a diverse portfolio across major hospitality brands.
