Jeffrey R. Kuehling

Jeffrey R. Kuehling has served as EVP, CFO, and Treasurer of Kilroy Realty since December 2024, overseeing capital markets, financial planning, treasury, investor relations, and accounting. Prior to joining Kilroy, he held senior finance roles at Brixmor Property Group, RPT Realty, and Retail Properties of America. Kuehling holds a BA from Indiana University, an MS from the University of Florida, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and is a CPA and CFA. He is known for his strategic financial leadership and expertise in real estate investment and corporate finance.
