Jeffrey Reader is Managing Partner at Reader Communities, responsible for sourcing new opportunities and leading land acquisition, capital structuring, and due diligence. He previously worked at Westgate Resorts, overseeing project coordination, budgeting, and permitting, and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida. Jeff holds an M.S. in Real Estate and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Florida. He is active in the Urban Land Institute and the Greater Orlando Builders Association.
