Jeffrey S. Olson is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Urban Edge Properties, leading the company since its formation. He has extensive experience in real estate investment trusts, previously serving as CEO of Equity One, Inc. Olson holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from George Washington University. Under his leadership, Urban Edge has expanded its portfolio and strengthened its operational performance.
