Jennifer Piepszak was named Chief Operating Officer of JPMorgan Chase in 2025 after more than 30 years at the firm. She previously served as Co-CEO of the Commercial and Investment Bank, overseeing more than 90,000 employees across over 60 countries, led Consumer and Community Banking from 2021 to 2024, and was the firm's Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2021.
