Jim Irwin

Jim Irwin is the President and Founder of New City Properties, where he directs real estate development, consulting operations, and new business pursuits. He has overseen nearly $2 billion in new investment across the United States, including transformative projects like Ponce City Market and the Fourth Ward development in Atlanta. Previously, Jim was Senior Vice President at Jamestown, leading one of the largest historic renovations in the country. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and an MBA in real estate finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
