Jodie W. McLean is the Chief Executive Officer of EDENS, overseeing more than 200 employees and $6.8 billion in assets across 13 major markets. She joined EDENS as a financial analyst in 1990 and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Chief Investment Officer in 1997 and President in 2002 before being named CEO in 2015. McLean is recognized for her data-driven approach to community-focused real estate development, leading transformational projects such as Union Market District and Mosaic District. She holds a bachelor's degree in finance and management from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and serves on several boards, including Cushman & Wakefield and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
