Jonathan (Jody) Durst

President

Jonathan (Jody) Durst is President of The Durst Organization and a third-generation family leader. Since joining the company in 1984, he has directed operations, supervised new construction, and championed energy-efficient technologies, playing a key role in projects like One Bryant Park. Jody began his career as an engineer at Chrysler and FMC before joining Durst, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding the company’s commercial and residential portfolio.
