Jorge Madruga

Jorge Madruga is the founder and Managing Principal of Maddd Equities, a real estate development and investment firm based in New York. Originally from Havana, Cuba, he immigrated to the United States in 1980 and began his career in construction and home development, building over 2,000 homes in New York. Since founding Maddd Equities in 2009, he has overseen the development of more than 3,000 multi-family units, 1,000 hotel rooms, and over two million square feet of commercial space. Jorge is recognized for his leadership in affordable housing and his active engagement with city agencies on community-focused development projects.
