Joseph R. Scuderi

Joseph R. Scuderi is President and a founding member of The Widewaters Group, having joined the company at its inception in 1982. He has played a pivotal role in expanding Widewaters from a single office building in upstate New York to a diversified real estate portfolio across the U.S. and Canada. Scuderi oversees new retail development, strategic planning, site acquisition, and feasibility analysis, and was instrumental in forming the company’s management and construction divisions. He holds a degree from the Syracuse University Whitman School of Management.
