Justin W. Smart has been President of Kilroy Realty since March 2023, bringing over 30 years of real estate development experience across office, industrial, residential, and resort properties. He previously held senior roles in development and construction services at Kilroy, and earlier served as Vice President of Development at Intrawest Corporation. Smart is recognized for his leadership in large-scale project execution and his deep expertise in development strategy and construction management.
