Katie Keenan is CEO of Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT) and Global Head of Core+ Real Estate, having joined Blackstone in 2012. She has held several leadership roles, including Global Co-Chief Investment Officer of Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies and CEO of Blackstone Mortgage Trust. Keenan has been instrumental in expanding Blackstone’s real estate debt platform to $77 billion and driving strategic growth across the firm’s real estate businesses. She holds a BA from Harvard College.
