Kenneth F. Bernstein is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Acadia Realty Trust, which he co-founded in 1998. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate investment and management, leading Acadia to become a prominent REIT specializing in open-air retail properties valued at approximately $5 billion. Bernstein is recognized for his strategic vision and leadership in the industry. He holds a law degree from Boston University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont.
