Kyle Rea

Kyle Rea is the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Tolles Development Company, where he oversees execution of the company's mission, leads lease negotiations, and manages legal counsel. He also serves as the managing broker of record for the firm's property management division and directs day-to-day operations. Kyle is a past president of NAIOP Northern Nevada and has held leadership roles at Dermody Properties and Commercial Partners of Nevada. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, studying music and business.
