Laura Clark

Chief Operating Officer

Laura Clark was promoted to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer effective November 18, 2024, after serving as Chief Financial Officer for four years. In her COO role, she oversees asset management, investments, development and construction, leasing, property management, and marketing for Rexford's portfolio of 424 properties containing 50.3 million rentable square feet of industrial space. Prior to joining Rexford, Clark worked as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Regency Centers for eight years and held positions at Green Street Advisors and Iron Tree Capital, where she was involved in more than $1.5 billion in acquisitions. Her extensive background in capital markets and real estate finance positions her to lead Rexford's operational expansion in Southern California industrial markets.
