Michael C. Dermody is the Executive Chairman of Dermody, having joined the firm in 1976 and served as President and CEO from 1982 to 2024. He transformed the company from a Nevada-based developer into a leading national logistics real estate investment manager, overseeing growth to over 110 million square feet of facilities and $10 billion in capital invested. Dermody is known for building a respected company culture and forging strategic partnerships with major institutional investors. He continues to guide Dermody’s strategic direction and chairs the Advisory Board and Executive Committee.
