Michael Maturo is President of RXR, where he plays a pivotal role in the firm’s mixed-use development strategy, particularly in the Southeast U.S. He has been instrumental in the planning and execution of the Veridea project, one of the largest mixed-use developments in the country. Maturo has a background in finance and real estate, and is known for his expertise in structuring complex deals. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern.
