Michael S. Frankel serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director at Rexford Industrial, where he has been instrumental since 2013 in shaping the company’s investment and operational strategy. His career spans over two decades in real estate investment, private equity, and senior management, including roles at Comcast’s C3 and LEK Consulting. Frankel is a licensed real estate broker and serves on the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economy at UC Berkeley. He holds a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
