Michelle M. MacKay is the Chief Executive Officer of Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for overseeing the global management of the firm. She previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer, leading the EMEA region, Global Occupier Services, and other key business lines. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, she held senior roles at iStar, UBS, J.P. Morgan, and The Hartford. Michelle holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and a B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
