Nate Arnold is President of Z Modular, bringing over 20 years of leadership in real estate, asset management, and construction management. Prior to joining Z Modular, he served as Senior Vice President of Construction and Development at Brookfield Properties. Arnold holds master's degrees in construction management and real estate development from the University of Southern California. He is recognized for driving innovation in off-site construction and leading Z Modular’s rapid growth in scalable real estate solutions.
