Paul Hess joined LD&D as Vice President of Development, overseeing the development process of the company's diverse real estate portfolio from conception through completion. He previously served as Director of Acquisitions and Development at OKO Group in Miami, where he led all aspects of entitlement and planning for complex, large-scale projects. Hess also brings valuable experience from his tenure as Development Manager at Quarterra Group, Lennar Corporation's multifamily division, where he oversaw multifamily development in the tri-state area from acquisition through stabilization. In his current role, he collaborates with internal teams and external partners on projects including the Datura Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach and luxury residential developments in Miami's Surfside neighborhood.
