Peter A. Scott was appointed President and CEO of Healthcare Realty Trust in April 2025, following an extensive search process. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Healthpeak Properties, Inc., an S&P 500 healthcare REIT, where he oversaw $25 billion in assets and led strategic financial initiatives. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Barclays, bringing deep expertise in healthcare real estate and capital markets. Mr. Scott holds a reputation for strong industry relationships and a proven track record in driving growth and shareholder value.
